About AGI-Light

AGI-Light was created from AGI32 version 1.5, vintage 2002. AGI-Light is an economical version with some of the more complicated aspects removed or simplified. The program is intended for users not requiring the ultimate power of AGI32, or just getting started with electric lighting computations. AGI-Light appeals to many lighting professionals, especially contractors, distributors and sales professionals.

AGI-Light is not one of those "do nothing, got what I paid for" tools, it is quite a powerful program in its own right. AGI-Light has the capability to analyze all but the largest exterior projects, and easily models simple interior environments with irregular shape, sloped ceilings and non-orthogonal objects. AGI-Light also utilizes an early version of AGI32's radiosity rendering engine.
